I have compromised with both types of blue and this was the out come. I am quite happy about this because personally I feel it works. It ties in with the front page and my house colours however it stands out and is easy for the audience to read.
I have used the darker blue for the title and the actual contents, and i have used the lighter blue for the bigger page numbers which are next to images.
